ONE GROVE ALLIANCE

The One Grove Alliance is an organization formed to unite all of the Grove homeowner groups, condo groups, and other community groups under one umbrella to serve the needs of the Village of Coconut Grove and to act cohesively. Our goal is to direct our efforts to the quality of life in our neighborhood. .

For these reasons we hereby issue a Resolution opposing "Big Box" commercial use of small business C-1 zoning Districts in the Village of Coconut Grove.

Be it Further Resolved that the Village of Center Grove supports the passage by the Miami City Commission of an overlay district being placed on all C-1 zoning districts n Coconut Grove which would restrict such districts to commercial uses requiring 50,000 gross sq. ft of floor areas or less.
